Where energy becomes story.
There was a time when I thought my spirit had gone quiet. Not gone — just tucked away somewhere between the noise of doing and the ache of being too much for a world that rewards restraint. I could feel something pulsing beneath the surface — a current, a hum — but I didn’t yet know how to listen to it.
Untapped Spirit was born in that in-between space.
Out of the longing to reconnect — not just with creativity, but with aliveness itself.
What began as a handful of journal entries and sketches became something larger: a field of small awakenings, a place to explore what it means to remember your own light when it’s flickered low. Here, I write about energy, soul, healing, and the beautifully messy art of coming home to yourself. Some days, that looks like a poem or a painting; other days, it’s a story about burnout, boundaries, or rediscovering joy after forgetting what it felt like.
This isn’t a self-help site. It’s a soul-in-progress journal — a living conversation about what it means to be human and electric all at once.
You’ll find reflections on:
🕊️ Reclaiming your energy — emotional, creative, and spiritual.
đź’« The healing currents that move through art, words, and daily life.
🌙 Mind-body-soul practices that help you ground, tap in, and rise.
🔥 Stories of remembrance — moments when spirit flickers back through the cracks.
Whether you come here to read, reflect, or recharge, I hope you feel something awaken — that quiet spark that says, “Ah. There I am.”
Because that’s what this is about: not finding yourself, but remembering you were never lost — only waiting to be tapped back in.
